We highly recommend a once off Seasonal/deep clean to ensure ease of ongoing maintenance	– 2 bed + 1 bathroom/toilet = minimum 2 hours – 3–4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms/toilet = 3 hours minimum	7% discount applied to deep clean if you sign up for ongoing regular cleans
